Tehran University of Medical Sciences as the country's largest university of medical sciences and Endocrine and Metabolism Research Institute as a scientific and educational pole in the field of endocrinology and metabolism and Kahrizak Charity Institute as the largest institution in the field of maintenance and rehabilitation of the elderly in the Middle East knew their mission to promote the health level of the elderly and to solve the increasing problems caused by the aging of the country's population, cooperate to establish a research center for elderly health.

 

 

 

The Elderly Health Research Center is a multidisciplinary center affiliated with the Endocrine and Metabolism Research Institute of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, which has started its activities since 2011 in cooperation with the Kohrizk Charitable Nursing Home after receiving an in-principle approval from the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education. And in 2014, he managed to make a definitive agreement.
